Speaker:  Todd Wynne, Chief Innovation Officer - Rogers-O'Brien

For over a decade, Todd has been a trailblazer in the construction industry, fearlessly embracing new ideas and technologies to reshape the world around us. As a sought-after speaker, he has inspired audiences at prestigious conferences like ENR FutureTech, Digital Construction Week (UK), BIM Forum, CFMA, AGC, XCON, Apple, NASA, OSHA, AIA, World of Concrete, and many others. Todd's innovative spirit and thought leadership has been celebrated in distinguished publications such as Business Insider, Construction Executive, Building Design + Construction, Building Magazine (UK), and Engineering News-Record.

Todd's unwavering passion for construction technology took root early in his career at Balfour Beatty Construction. He
fearlessly introduced groundbreaking solutions like the first fully digital operations management manual and revolutionized
processes across Texas with digital documents and issue-tracking software. Later, as a vital part of Rogers-O’Brien Construction, he became affectionately known as "the iPad Guy," on a relentless mission to empower hands-on workers with the latest hardware and software, develop intuitive applications, and ensure seamless integration across technologies.
As a visionary digital transformation strategist, Todd has championed innovation that transcends the construction industry. His pioneering strategies have been widely adopted, featured on Apple.com, and changed the way we build. Todd has also been a trailblazer in project-based communication platforms, capturing the essence of teamwork, progress, and quality compliance in the field.

At Rogers-O’Brien, Todd embarked on a remarkable journey with Project Atlas, a groundbreaking mapping solution designed to revolutionize information access in the field. By reimagining how information was organized and presented, Project Atlas
unlocked the power of real-world coordinates to spatially store project data, much like Google Maps. In 2016, Todd's
unwavering belief in his vision led him to file a patent, secure half a million dollars in funding, and assemble a team of
dedicated developers to bring Atlas to life. A mere 20 months later, Bluebeam, Inc., a multinational construction software
company, acquired this game-changing solution. After 2.5 years with Bluebeam's leadership team, he returned to his innovation roots at Rogers-O’Brien Construction, where he continues to ignite the spark of change, driving transformative initiatives across the organization and beyond, inspiring a new generation of builders to reach for the stars.
