El Asadian, DPR Construction 
El Asadian is a researcher and construction management professional specializing in Lean construction, team dynamics, and performance improvement in the built environment. She is currently with DPR Construction and earned her Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Penn State, where her research focused on two key areas: how team behaviors influence the success of Lean implementation, and how to better support trade partners in adopting Lean practices and tools.
