Speakers:

• Logan (LW) Canter, Inline Electric,  is a second-generation Lighting Specialist with 27+ years of lighting experience both as a manufacturer’s representative and an electrical distributor in the Nashville market.  He has watched, helped design, renovate, or been involved in the construction of Nashville’s skyline as well as the rural and suburban factories and everything in between.  He began his Lean Experience in 2024 and joined the Nashville LCI CoP as a core member in 2025.
• Sandy Hankiewicz, Rosendin Electric Inc, has 13 years of focused experience in electrical construction spanning healthcare, manufacturing, data centers and commercial sectors. As Project Manager with Rosendin in Nashville, she was named one of the Top 25 women in Mission Critical Technology for 2023. She brings a strategic approach to managing high-stakes assignments, ensuring every facet of the project is aligned with organizational goals. She started her Lean Journey in 2022 and joined the Nashville LCI Cop as a core member in 2025.
