Speakers:

• Brian Crawford is the Corporate Director of Lean at Alberici Constructors. With over 30 years of project management experience in the building and healthcare market, Brian is responsible for Alberici’s Lean Edge program across all the company’s projects.  He has extensive LPS experience and had helped many teams overcome the challenges of implementation.  Brian is a Core Group member of the LCI St Louis’ Community of Practice, an approved LCI instructor, and a frequent presenter at LCI Congress.
  
  
• Joshua Kreitler is a Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies with over 15 years of construction project management experience. He is an experienced LPS practitioner and has successfully empowered trade partners on projects to adopt and embrace it. Josh is a Core Group member of the LCI St. Louis’ Community of Practice.
  
  
• Nathan Elting is a Project Superintendent at McCarthy Building Companies with 9 years of construction experience. He is an avid LPS practitioner and champion who has worked closely with project teams to successfully deliver project safely, on time, and on budget.  Josh is a Core Group member of the LCI St. Louis’ Community of Practice.
