IPD IMBY – The Sky’s the Limit
Chicago Community of Practice
The Advocate Health Bed Tower Expansion is an IPD project local to Chicago which implements many lean principals including Respect for People, Prefabrication, Early Trade Partner Involvement and Modular systems.
This GEMBA-style presentation will allow members of the design and construction teams to share lessons learned and describe how lean tools were implemented to achieve the project goals.
