Walt Massey, Covalus, has led the planning or construction efforts for more than 12 million square feet of capital projects valued at more than $10 Billion. His project experience spans a range of program management, construction management, and design management. A consistent theme throughout his career has been his ability to build high-performing teams and work collaboratively with all project members including owners, architects, engineers, consultants and community leaders.

 

Ashley Aye, HCA Healthcare, is a process improvement leader who is passionate about bringing cross-functional teams together to solve complex problems. Currently the Director of Strategy and Productivity for HCA Healthcare, Ashley supports Design & Construction to implement strategic improvements that focus on speed to market, cost optimization, quality and productivity. Ashley brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and process improvement in both retail and healthcare.

James Pease, UCSF Health, is an expert in the setting up and structure of large, complex capital projects using Lean and Integrated Project Delivery to drive highly reliable results - On Time and On Budget every time! Delivering over $8B in complex healthcare projects as an Owner's Representative with multiparty contracts, aligned team incentives and collaborative delivery models. Denis Stroup, Barge Design Solutions, is a licensed architect with over 30 years’ experience focusing on integrated lean project delivery and healthcare design.  Denis has a passion for building and sustaining a culture that fosters a highly collaborative environment where people do their best work.
