LCI Practice Lab: Gemba Walks

• Recognize the core behaviors and conditions that support an effective Gemba Walk.
• Work through common Gemba challenges and determine how you would respond in different situations.
• Identify one action and an LCI resource you can use to strengthen your Gemba practice within the next 7–10 days.

Registration for this practice lab will close 30 minutes before the lab starts and you will receive an email with the access info shortly after registering. If you register the day of, you will receive your confirmation directly before the start of the session.
