Speakers:

  • Andreas Phelps is founder of The Collective Potential, a San Francisco-based practice that serves as a catalyst for organizational transformation. Weaving together principles of lean, integration science, and Jungian depth psychology, The Collective Potential works deeply with executive and thought leaders to 1) shift their perspective of reality and potential, 2) reframe their attitude toward individual and collaborative work, and 3) redefine their sense of purpose.  Through this work, leaders can more intentionally and skillfully drive and sustain transformation within their teams and organizations – and do so with greater integrity and firsthand experience of the technical and psychological challenges to change both at the individual and organizational levels.
  • Ryan Heeter is Senior Vice President and Division Leader at Gilbane Building Company, overseeing operations across California, Nevada, and Arizona. With over 25 years in construction and a decade dedicated to leadership development, Ryan brings a holistic approach to building high-performing teams. He is also a facilitator with Ripple Intent, promoting collaboration and human-centered leadership. Ryan’s passion lies in transforming organizations through strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to people—making him a powerful voice in advancing Lean culture.
