Lean Happy Hour - Building Momentum for 2024

How to prepare for this event:

1. Come armed with a few anecdotes about your challenges with driving lean and continuous improvement efforts.
2. Reflect with your co-workers and clients to understand what lean tactics are gaining traction and where they may benefit from coaching and training.
3. Preview this video recording to hear some long-time NOLA Lean volunteers explain how our local chapter has evolved over time

No previous Lean experience required.  Come as you are and be ready to share and learn with peers facing shared struggles.
