Managing multi-million dollar projects for major clients like the U.S. Department of Energy, Bechtel, Chevron, and AT&T, Jeff is a seasoned Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Renowned for implementing Lean practices, he mentors teams and lead roles in functional areas. 
• Vic Ortiz, Ortiz Consulting, (MA, Psychology) has more than 40 years of experience as a trainer, coach and consultant. Vic has trained over 3,000 professionals in Lean practices, meeting facilitation, collaborative teamwork, and successful organization change. Vic has been involved with the Lean Construction Institute since its beginning and facilitated many of the original organizing meetings of LCI.
