Selecting the Dream Team for Project Success
The IPD Draft will give a playbook on selecting teams who are motivated to build durable and trusting relationships that are the foundation to project success.
- What makes a good team member?
- Are there repeatable characteristics that Owners place higher value on?
- Are there project-specific attributes Owners look for?
- What behaviors contribute to a toxic culture?
- Identify countermeasures to root out and eliminate bad behaviors.
- Identify tools and tactics to facilitate a high performing culture.
