Sweat Equity Improvement:

New England Community of Practice

Most Improvement efforts are focused on optimizing outcomes and fail to account for the value in serving the men and women who do the work. This learning experience is intended to equip attendees with a model focused on removing the elements of work that are stealing life from our trade partners. The result of which will improve production, access the creativity of craft professionals, cultivate trust, and improve the quality of life of the men and women doing the work.

Participants will be introduced to:

  • The space that improvement opportunities hide
  • How to overcome the natural resistance to change
  • How to enhance the standards of care for the workforce

Not only will they leave this session being able to identify oceans of improvement opportunities, but they will also be outfitted with a proven approach to cultivating Buy-In WITH our trade professionals. This method of micro level observations will accelerate their efforts in building lasting relationships with our skilled workforce by removing 'hard' work from their workflow.
