Meet the Panel:

Glen "Sully" Sullivan
As a licensed Architect Sully has brought his experience on design of Hospital work to his VDC role. Using his understanding of the design processes to help to bridge between the design team and the construction team. With this knowledge he has enhanced the coordination process by working collaboratively with the design team to resolve issues.
 
Justin Tucker
Justin Tucker combines more than 25 years of field and VDC expertise with a passion for evolving the way projects are delivered. He has been instrumental in growing and developing Mark III’s VDC team, where he leverages Lean principles and a “field first” mindset to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in every project. By aligning people and processes, Justin creates an environment where ideas flow freely, challenges are solved collectively, and projects are delivered with precision and purpose.
 
JoAnn Brooks
With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Project Architect, JoAnn develops BIM execution plans and implementing VDC processes for project teams.  She leverages Lean processes so the project team can stay organized and focus on the tasks needed to get their tasks effectively.  JoAnn is also fully committed to the integrated design process and having teams that collaborate all through the various design and construction phase.
 
Kent Ridgley
Kent Ridgley has over 25 years of experience in construction and manufacturing operations. As VP of Operations for M3 Components, he leads our manufacturing facility where lean principles drive waste elimination, productivity, schedule, and quality assurance. Kent is passionate about process improvement and VDC integration to optimize manufacturing workflows and deliver measurable cost and time savings on projects.
 
Joe Souza
As an Assistant Project Manager, Joe brings more than 10 years of construction experience to his work in prefabrication. Drawing on his broad industry background, he helps bridge coordination between trade partners and project teams to support safer, more predictable project delivery. He is currently overseeing the prefabrication of more than 1,200 units for the Kaiser Roseville Inpatient Bed Tower project.

Travis Carter
Travis is a Senior Project Manager with DPR Construction.  He's a 25 year veteran of the construction industry.  Travis has been with DPR for 4 years, and was part of the UCDH 48X Complex Team.
