Sean Graystone is Lean Construction SME for Jacobs with over 48 years in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction. Special emphases in Lean Construction, Historic Structures, Collaborative Project Delivery and Integration, Teams, Best Current Leadership/Management Practices,and Change Management. Approved Instructor for LCI; Certified Instructor – AGC-LCEP; Member – LCI Respect for People Taskforce. I remain passionate about building and improving our industry and, thereby, our society. The goal is to create safer industry environments: physically, mentally, psychologically, emotionally, and financially.
Andy Fulton has coached dozens of different project teams in the Last Planner® System in design and construction, and helped project teams to make their projects less stressful using Lean tools such as Root Cause Analysis, A3 Thinking and Decision Making, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events. He also co-trained large groups in Coaching, Big Room, and the Last Planner System® at LCI Lean Congresses and has Facilitated over 150 Alignment Partnering sessions, helping teams establish together how to work more productively.
Kevin Labrecque, started his career as a carpenter in home renovation and remodeling. It was there that he learned the skills to not only build with his own two hands but what is required to gain alignment amongst many hands to achieve what one person alone cannot. With over 14 years of project management and operation excellence leadership at the global real estate development and construction form, Lend Lease, 10 years of leading the lean transformation of and the offsite manufacturing strategy at the revered national mechanical firm, Limbach, and 3 years helping global retail corporations develop lean program delivery of projects at thousands of locations at Sevan Multi-site Solutions, Kevin has both the direct executive experience as well as the training and mastery of facilitation skills to help organizations of all sizes in a variety of industries achieve their highest priorities.
David MacKay is founder of Milestone Lean Consulting. He assists projects and organizations with Lean transformations, the Last Planner System®, and Value Stream improvements. He created the 5S training for Lean Construction Institute and is an AGC Lean Construction Education Program Instructor.
