Dave MacNeel founded On Point Lean Consulting (OPL) in 2013 with a mission to make projects faster, safer, and less costly to build. He discovered Lean midway through his career on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Dave started applying Lean in the field as a self-perform trade contractor and has now coached over 500 teams in Lean thinking, Last Planner System®, and an array of Lean Project Delivery tools. Many of his projects realized significant cost and schedule savings, and more. Dave began his Lean journey in 2001 and has been an LCI Member and instructor since 2006.
