Andy Fulton, PMP, CSM, is a Senior Lean Implementation Coach with Construction Accelerator®. He earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from San Diego State University, with a focus on Lean, which marked the beginning of his Lean Journey. Andy has coached dozens of different project teams in the Last Planner System® in design and construction, and helped project teams understand and utilize Lean tools, including Target Value Delivery, Root Cause Analysis, A3 Thinking and Decision Making, Value Stream Mapping, and Rapid Improvement (Kaizen) Events. He co-trained over 50 people in “The Mindset of an Effective Big Room” at the 2017 Congress. He spent 10 years as a Naval Civil Engineering Corps officer, specializing in construction management and public works operations. He is a Certified Master Facilitator and registered Civil Engineer with a passion for helping teams excel and exceed their own expectations.
Dan Fauchier, CMF, CVF is a Certified Master Facilitator for Lean Design and Construction, with 46 years’ experience. He learned Lean and the Last Planner System® from Greg Howell and Glenn Ballard and, with David Umstot, co-authored Lean Project Delivery: Building Championship Project Teams, which is available on Amazon. For Construction Accelerator®, Dan produces, co-writes, and co-presents 3-9 minute Lean training videos, used by LCI, AGC, LCI-Qatar, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Kinetic Construction, MCR Trust, PCL, Aecon, Bosch, Touchplan and many other Lean companies.
