Member Connections
Welcome New Members!
Wondering What LCI Membership Really Includes? Now You Can See for Yourself.
If you’ve ever been curious about what LCI corporate membership actually looks like on the inside — the resources, the community, the tools members use every day — this is your invitation to find out.
LCI is offering six free virtual sessions in 2026 under our Build Better: LCI Membership from the Inside series. Each one-hour session gives AEC professionals and owners an unfiltered look at the LCI Member Hub and the full scope of what membership makes possible.
You’ll explore a rich library of on-demand resources — webinar recordings, whitepapers, eLearning modules, past Congress presentations, and expert-curated best practice guides.

You’ll also get a firsthand look at member-exclusive experiences like the Members Only Lean Coffees and Lean In Action Member-to-Member Webinars, where members share real project wins and lessons learned directly with one another.
Beyond the resources, you’ll learn about the broader benefits of LCI corporate membership — including a complimentary ticket to LCI Congress in your first year, a free group webinar every year after, significant certification discounts for your team, and access to exclusive local industry events.
Sessions run noon to 1:00 PM ET. Seats are limited, and this is open to anyone in the AEC community — no membership required to attend.
CHOOSE YOUR SESSION:
Bring a colleague — the more people on your team who see what’s possible, the better the conversation you’ll be able to have when you get back to the office.
If none of the above dates work for you, you can use this link to schedule a private session – no strings.

Lean Practices Are Evolving Quickly

Getting involved with an LCI Community of Practice (CoP) is one of the most valuable ways to deepen your Lean learning and expand your professional network!
LCI CoPs bring together professionals across design and construction to work through real challenges, in real time.
This isn’t Lean in theory or one-off events. CoPs keep the conversation going, strengthening how work gets done in local communities over time.
From Lean Coffees and Gemba Walks to project-based discussions and learning sessions, there’s space here to learn, connect and grow alongside others doing the work.
Click below to explore our active CoPs and engage with one near you. They look forward to seeing you!
WEBINAR TODAY: LCI Blueprint for Efficiency: Exploring the 8 Wastes

Waste shows up every day in design and construction, often in ways teams no longer notice. Delays, rework, waiting, unnecessary movement, and poor handoffs quietly reduce productivity, create frustration, and impact project outcomes.
Join Dan Fauchier and Andy Fulton for a practical introduction to the 8 Wastes and how Lean teams identify and eliminate inefficiencies across projects and organizations. Through real-world examples, attendees will leave with simple strategies to improve workflows, reduce friction, and create more reliable project delivery.
