Member Connections: Share Your Lean Journey with the LCI Community

LCI members, inspire and support one another by sharing your Lean experiences! Your insights can help others overcome challenges, learn best practices, and strengthen their Lean game. Take a few minutes to reflect on your journey by answering the five questions below and send your responses to MaryannF@leanconstruction.org along with your name, title, company and a headshot.

Selected replies will be featured here in future editions of the LCI Weekly.

    1. What hurdles did you encounter when implementing Lean, and how did you tackle them?

      Your lessons learned could make a world of difference to newcomers taking their first steps in Lean thinking.
