Empowering Owners: COAA's Position Paper on Project Delivery Methods

The Construction Owners Association of America (COAA) has just published a new white paper, Position Paper on Project Delivery Methods: Empowering Owners With the Ability to Choose. This paper emphasizes the importance of selecting the right project delivery method (PDM) early in the process and the significant impact it can have on the success of construction projects.

By allowing owners the flexibility to choose from multiple proven delivery methods, projects can benefit from improved cost control, enhanced collaboration, and better risk management. This white paper outlines why giving owners this latitude is essential to achieving optimal outcomes in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
