The Lean Construction Institute is looking for hands-on professionals to join our Trade Partner Committee—a group focused on making Lean practical and impactful for the field. We’re seeking people who work with the tools, support the crews, or lead training and development for craft and field teams.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
✅ You’re an LCI member
✅ You work for a trade partner organization or directly support field teams (e.g., as a Project Manager, superintendent, L&D professional, or similar)
✅ You’re already putting Lean into practice and looking to keep learning
✅ You believe there’s room for improvement in the way we do work
✅ You want to make a difference—on the jobsite and across the industry
