We’re pioneering Lean progress at the 27th LCI conference for Lean design and construction, the 2025 LCI Congress, coming this fall to Arlington, Texas! New for 2025 is the Innovation Spotlight, a series of 45-minute Lean sessions attached to the Exhibit Hall that run alongside the concurrent sessions on Wednesday, October 22.

The Innovation Spotlight was inspired by interest in more cutting-edge Lean technology features at Congress—and we’re confident these sessions deliver.

You can build your Lean knowledge with this exciting new opportunity to learn from industry experts. Presenters include Closeout Pro, LeanSteel (a Degenkolb Company), Field Verified, and Fieldwire by Hilti. They will discuss key Lean tools, leading services, and technological advancements that can help move your Lean journey to the next level.
