Submit Your Abstract Proposal by Midnight Today!

Submit your abstract proposal by Thursday, March 5 at midnight!

If you’ve learned something worth sharing in your career, we encourage you to submit an abstract to become a presenter for the 2026 LCI Congress conference October 12-16 in Atlanta.

We’re seeking timely, relevant stories that combine practical experience with inspiration. Submissions should help attendees reflect on where they are today and confidently identify their next steps on their Lean journey.

Your leadership, expertise, and commitment continue to move design and construction forward. Thank you for the meaningful impact you make and for raising the standard for the future of our industry.

Lean Pulse: Make Work Visible

When work stays hidden, problems stay hidden too. Bringing flow, queues, and handoffs into the open gives teams a chance to learn faster, adapt sooner, and prevent small issues from becoming major disruptions.

What problems have you uncovered by making work visible earlier? Learn more and join the conversation on LinkedIn!
