Takt Planning & Control Workshop - Thursday November 13 (8:30am - 2:30pm CST)
Takt Workshop with hands-on simulation exercises - intended as an introductory course for those who are new to Takt planning OR as a refresher for seasoned Takt adopters.
Advanced Takt Facilitation Workshop - Friday November 14 (8:30am - 2:30pm CST)
Advanced Practitioner Training - focuses on facilitation techniques and best practices - Intended for seasoned Takt adopters with basic understanding of Takt planning and control tactics.
Instructor:
Spencer Easton, Takt University brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning roles from laborer and field engineer to corporate manager and business owner. Holding a Construction Management degree from Weber State University, Spencer has built expertise across operations, estimating, scheduling, logistics, and Lean leadership. He has applied Takt in construction on more than 300 projects and co-authored the book Takt Planning and Integrated Control. In his current role at Mortenson Construction, he leads the company’s implementation of Last Planner System®, Takt Planning, and 5S.
