LCI-CPC Celebrates Game Changing Year
For a first-year anniversary the traditional gifts are either paper or clocks. As we reach the first-year anniversary of the Lean Construction Institute-Certified Practitioner-Construction (LCI-CPC), there is much to celebrate.
- 29 practitioners now have an LCI-CPC after their name and another 132 are in the process of pursuing the credential.
- Owners have called certification a “game changer,” and a “key differentiator in finding values-aligned, qualified partners for all of our Lean projects.”
- The Lean Design and Construction ecosystem is embracing LCI’s certifications which is transformational for the industry.
LCI’s certifications were developed in a rigorous way based on national industry standards as a first for the industry. Join the celebration by setting your clock to get your certification on paper!

Conditions of Satisfaction
Conditions of Satisfaction are an explicit description by a customer of all the actual requirements that must be satisfied by the performer in order for the customer to feel that he or she received exactly what was wanted. In design and construction the “customer” is the owner of the project.
Conditions of Satisfaction are a commitment that all team members are responsible for delivering by agreeing to the CoS.
Take a deeper dive into CoS by clicking the curated content banner above.
