Member Connections
Welcoming Julie Threet to the LCI Team
LCI exists to advance Lean principles and practices across the AEC industry. The strength of that mission depends on a vibrant, connected community. Fostering meaningful engagement, supporting those who are on the Lean journey, and ensuring that everyone who looks to LCI finds the connection and resources they need drives the work we do every day. It is with that spirit that we welcome a valued new member to the LCI team.

Meet Julie Threet, LCI’s new Member Engagement Specialist.
Julie brings a wealth of experience in community-based organizations, corporate partnerships, and stakeholder engagement. With nearly 15 years at the Tennessee Health Care Association — where she managed relationships, drove consistent engagement, and supported a broad community of partners and stakeholders — Julie has a deep understanding of what it takes to build and sustain meaningful connections. Most recently, she served as a Corporate Partnerships Associate with the Executive Women’s Forum, where she managed the full partnership lifecycle and strengthened community engagement at every touchpoint.
At LCI, Julie will focus on connecting LCI corporate members to the resources, programs, and community that make the Lean journey more accessible and impactful. If you are looking to engage more deeply with LCI, have questions about what is available to you as a member, or simply want to learn more about how to make the most of your LCI membership, Julie is a wonderful place to start.
The connections Julie will help foster will strengthen the LCI community. Reach out to Julie directly. She looks forward to hearing from you.

Lean Learning Starts Locally

Lean Construction isn’t just a methodology—it’s a mindset. And the best way to truly integrate Lean principles into your work? Learn from others who are on the same journey.
That’s where LCI’s Communities of Practice (CoPs) come in. These local groups bring together Lean thinkers, industry experts, and hands-on practitioners to share insights, tackle challenges, and push the industry forward—together.
✅ Expand your Lean knowledge with real-world case studies
✅ Connect with local industry professionals who get it
✅ Learn & apply best practices to improve project outcomes
The best Lean learning happens in the field—don’t do it alone!
