Meet the LCI Staff
Board of Directors
Members of our board of directors come from a broad range of players in the building industry. As senior-level management professionals, they further the implementation of Lean practices in their own organizations and across the design and construction industry. They are committed to promoting diversity in our leadership ranks based on a board-approved policy of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
LCI Staff
In coordination with the LCI board of directors, our team is actively engaged in the promoting the organization’s mission to transform the design and construction industry by establishing a common vocabulary, exploring fundamental conceptual foundations through basic research, enhancing educational offerings, and exploring basic practices for Lean construction through Communities of Practice.
Instructors
LCI Instructors are a key aspect of the LCI Immersive Education Program and serve as a network of expertise in educating the Lean community and supporting the continuous improvement of LCI education.
