Alex Belkofer, CM-BIM, Sr. VDC Director, McCarthy Building Co., Inc.
With 18 years of experience, Alex leads VDC strategy and implementation at McCarthy, bridging project teams across the full building lifecycle. He drives BIM-enabled workflows, translates regional needs for global R&D, and simplifies complex concepts for all audiences. A key contributor to innovation and digital transformation, Alex plays a central role in McCarthy’s National VDC Leadership Core Team, advancing lean practices and best-in-class construction solutions for improved project delivery and industry-wide impact.

 

Justin Tucker, MEP Director of Preconstruction, M3 MEP
Justin combines more than 25 years of field and VDC expertise with a passion for evolving the way projects are delivered. He has been instrumental in growing and developing Mark III’s VDC team, where he leverages Lean principles and a “field first” mindset to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation in every project. By aligning people and processes, Justin creates an environment where ideas flow freely, challenges are solved collectively, and projects are delivered with precision and purpose.

 

Jessica Hughey, EIT, Sr. Associate, Capital Engineering
Jessica specializes in Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM), with a standout role on the California State Capitol Annex project. Jessica led HVAC design efforts and collaborated closely with contractors to align design intent with virtual construction models. Her integrated approach bridges design and construction, advancing BIM workflows across civic and education projects.

As a licensed Architect Sully has brought his experience on design of Hospital work to his VDC role. Using his understanding of the design processes to help to bridge between the design team and the construction team. With this knowledge he has enhanced the coordination process by working collaboratively with the design team to resolve issues.
