You’ll learn how to structure your responses around Context, Action, Result, and Learning, ensuring each submission is clear, complete, and aligned with Lean expectations. - Examples of strong versus weak artifacts.
Through guided comparison, you’ll understand what makes an artifact effective, what reviewers look for, and how to select the most relevant examples from your project experience.
2. Knowledge Assessment: Being Prepared
The workshop also provides a thorough overview of the Knowledge Assessment portion of certification. Participants will gain:
