Job Description: Manager, Education & Certification
The Manager, Education & Certification supports the daily operations of LCI’s education and certification programs, turning strategy into action through effective coordination, communication, and follow-through. This position manages logistics for educational offerings, instructor coordination, curriculum content, and certification processes to ensure a seamless experience for learners, certificants, and volunteer leaders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively in a remote environment to help others learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and tracking for education and certification programming and events.
- Partner with instructors and committees to align goals, manage communications, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Maintain accurate instructor and learner records, documents, and program templates.
- Collaborate on curriculum design and content management, engaging subject matter experts to continuously improve educational offerings.
- Track participation data and support continuous improvement through Lean thinking and streamlined processes.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, and/or events.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative; thrives in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with curriculum design, the AEC industry, or Lean principles is a plus.
