Meloni Raney is the leader of one of the largest construction associations in the country, an advocate for women, and passionate about advancing the construction industry. After graduating  from the University of Oklahoma, Meloni attained her architecture license while working at The Beck Group, a design-build firm headquartered in Dallas. In 2013, Meloni was hired as Director of Member Programs and Services at TEXO to leverage her strengths in educating and building programs for the construction industry.  TEXO is the largest commercial contractor’s association in Texas, with members combined annual revenues of more than $25 billion. In 2015, Meloni was promoted to President and CEO of TEXO in recognition of her successful efforts to grow membership and serve the entire construction industry.

Audrey Carol, Senior Project Manager, Turner Construction, brings a builder's mindset to every project she oversees. Regardless of her assignment, Audrey consistently approaches each challenge with a focus on constructability. Known for her exceptional cross-functional skills, she effectively leads both field operations and project teams with ease. Audrey is constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency, always striving to simplify tasks and alleviate burdens. Currently, she is managing a team of 20+ professionals at the Deloitte University expansion project in Westlake, TX, where her leadership and innovation continue to drive project success. When Audrey isn't inspiring her team to be all-stars, she is an avid traveling having visited over 30 countries on 6 continents.

Neha Dugal, LEED AP, ASHE CHC, Sevior Vice President & General Manager, Batson-Cook Texas, LLC
Neha is a seasoned construction industry leader with over 24 years of experience in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. With a background spanning across multiple industries, Neha has developed a unique skill set in project management, strategic planning, business development, and client relations. As Senior Vice President and General Manager at Batson-Cook Texas, LLC, Neha leads operations at the Dallas office, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction planning and financial management to subcontractor relationships and client engagement.

Katayoun “Kattie” Mokhtarzadeh, Senior Project Manager, Skiles Group, leads complex construction projects in active healthcare environments. She is currently overseeing major renovations at Baylor University Medical Center’s Roberts Tower. In 2024, Kattie was recognized with Skiles Group’s Legacy Award for embodying the firm’s core values, and she was also named TEXO’s Volunteer Leader of the Year. She serves on the TEXO Foundation Board and is the incoming Chair of the Young Constructors Council Steering Committee. Kattie is passionate about purposeful building, mentoring future leaders, and making a meaningful impact in the construction industry.
