Glen "Sully" Sullivan, McCarthy
As a licensed architect, Sully has brought his experience on design of Hospital work to his VDC role. Using his understanding of the design processes to help to bridge the design team and the construction team. With this knowledge he has enhanced the coordination process by working collaboratively with the design team to resolve constructability issues.

Karen Conrod
Karen is a seasoned project executive at Herrero Builders with over 25 years of experience delivering complex, multi-million-dollar healthcare and behavioral health projects focusing on design and construction operations, risk management, and executive leadership.  She brings a practical approach to leadership and is passionate about ensuring teams are equipped to tackle challenges to deliver projects.
