2025 Congress Highlights
(get ready to be inspired!)

Thank you to everyone who came out to the 27th Annual LCI Congress conference in Arlington, Texas last month! It was a truly fantastic Lean industry event. We achieved our highest attendance ever with over 1,600 attendees, including participants from across the globe and from a variety of markets.

A week packed full of learning began with 31 Learning Days courses. Many courses came from the LCI curriculum, while others were taught by outside instructors. Topics varied, but all focused on different Lean approaches and methods.

The Core Program kicked off on Wednesday with Keynote Speaker Jesse Itzler, author of Living With a SEAL, Co-Founder of Marquis Jet, and Owner of the Atlanta Hawks. Jesse’s powerful presentation encouraged us to shift our mindset and strive to be outstanding.

Next up, we had a full day of fantastic breakout presentations and Live Labs. New for 2025, there were opportunities to meet with Lean All-Stars and hear from select podcasters. On Wednesday evening, attendees joined exhibitors for a festive and fun reception.

On Thursday, the annual Board Achievement and Design Awards were presented to some of the best in the industry. Then we heard from our Thursday Keynote Speaker Chris Voss, former FBI Chief Hostage Negotiator, who taught us about tactical empathy and shared many actionable insights.

The final day of Congress concluded with four exciting Gemba tours. These unique tours provided a great opportunity for attendees to experience Lean in action.

Relive the best of this year’s LCI Congress—or catch up on what you missed! Check out even more highlights, including the Golf Tournament, Kick-Off Social, Silent Auction, National Owner Panel, and so much more!

We’d like to extend a special thank you to the 2025 LCI Congress Planning Committee. They’ve been collaborating since November 2024 to prepare the inspiring, game-changing program that took place in Arlington, Texas. Their dedication and hard work are much appreciated.
