This year’s LCI Congress theme is Building the Future Together: Lean at the Crossroads. The program will feature actionable Lean learning for all members of our design and construction industry—and help us prepare for new challenges and opportunities ahead through collaboration and community.

Stay tuned for more announcements, including the 2026 LCI Congress Tracks and more. In the meantime, happy New Year from the LCI Congress Planning Committee—and we look forward to seeing you in Atlanta next year!
Member Connections
Building the 2026 LCI Member Experience – With Your Feedback

LCI’s 2026 member event lineup and Member Hub enhancements are being shaped directly by what you told us in the 2025 Member Survey. Owners’ and Practitioners’ Lean Coffees, Mental Health First Aid courses, The Lean Marketplace, new Marketing Roundtables, and open onboarding sessions are all designed to help you connect, learn, and apply Lean more effectively.
The Member Hub has now risen to the top as the most valuable resource for members, and in 2026 focus will turn to improving navigation, discoverability, and overall experience in the Member Hub.
Over the past several years, the Lean Construction Institute has been intentionally reshaping the member experience. The 2026 member event calendar is a direct result of what you’ve told us through surveys, Lean Coffees, Town Halls, and the Member Advisory Group. The Member Hub, your one-click workspace for Lean learning and implementation, has risen to the top as the most valuable resource for members. In 2026 we’ll be focused on making it even easier to use, even more intuitive to navigate, and even more clearly tied to the challenges you’re trying to solve every day.
Year-End Membership Renewal Reminder
If your LCI membership renewal is due by December 31, we kindly ask that payment be submitted by year-end whenever possible. Doing so allows us to close our books on schedule, meet our auditors’ requirements, and ensure accurate year-end financial reporting.
If you need a new or updated invoice, please reach out to Maryann Fiala, and she will be happy to assist.
Thank you for helping us keep our year-end processes running smoothly—and for your continued support of LCI.
