Shine a Spotlight on Your Project Team at the 2025 LCI Congress
Is your team leading the way in Lean design excellence? There’s still time to nominate your project for the 2025 LCI Design Award or the 2025 LCI Engineering Design Award—but don’t wait! Submissions are due by midnight PT on June 26, 2025.
Winners will be honored live on stage at the LCI Congress Award Ceremony on October 23 in Arlington, Texas. It’s a powerful opportunity to celebrate your team’s innovation, elevate your firm’s reputation, and inspire the industry.
Submit Your Nomination
Award entries must be submitted by the lead design firm. If the lead firm is not an LCI corporate member, a co-submission with an LCI member team partner is allowed.
These awards recognize outstanding teams, architects, engineers, designers, clients, and constructors, who are transforming the built environment through Lean collaboration, innovation, and results.

Nashville CoP Virtual Event: Step Into Era 3 with the First Planner System™
Tired of the constant firefighting, last-minute changes, and endless meetings that lead nowhere? You’re not alone—and there’s a better way.
Join the Nashville CoP for a high-impact session with Jason Schroeder, construction veteran and founder of Elevate Construction, as he introduces the First Planner System™—a Lean, boots-on-the-ground method to bring real structure, flow, and respect back to the jobsite.
Inspired by Todd Zabelle’s Built to Fail, we’ve seen what Era 1 (rush, push, separate) and Era 2 (admin overload) have done to our industry. It’s time for Era 3—where people, productivity, and profits drive everything we do. This isn’t theory. It’s a proven system built by builders, for builders.
Why attend?
- Learn how to take control of your projects with a reliable production system
- Cut through the chaos and create flow on your jobsites
- Get tools that reduce stress and actually respect the trades and field crews
- Hear directly from a former superintendent, general superintendent, and field ops director who’s walked the walk
If you’re a GC, foreman, superintendent, or trades leader who’s ready to stop surviving and start thriving, this event is for you.
Let’s build the future of construction—together.
