Countdown to LCI Congress in 4 days—Don’t Miss the New Innovation Spotlight!
The 2025 LCI Congress is kicking off in four days—and you can still register! Don’t miss the new LCI Congress Innovation Spotlight, a series of 45-minute sessions attached to the Exhibit Hall that run alongside the Wednesday concurrent sessions. The Innovation Spotlight was inspired by interest in more cutting-edge Lean technology features at Congress—and we’re confident these sessions deliver. Presenters include Closeout Pro, LeanSteel (a Degenkolb Company), Field Verified, Fieldwire by Hilti—and our newest presenter, Dusty Robotics!

Build your Lean knowledge and join the conversation about key tools, leading services, and technological advancements that will move your Lean journey to the next level.
Check out the interactive agenda for more information about the Innovation Spotlight track and sessions.
We look forward to seeing you soon for the best in Lean learning, connections, and advancement!

New in the Member Hub: Tools to Help You Build Better

Two member-requested resources just landed in your LCI Member Hub—designed to make it easier for you and your team to use LCI resources to enhance and drive lean adoption.
1) Member Toolkit
Whether you’re new or renewing, this quick-start toolkit helps you introduce LCI resources to your whole team. You’ll find ready-to-share links, talking points, and simple steps so you can plug people into learning, webinars, CoPs, and more—without reinventing the wheel. Shout out to LCI’s Member Advisory Committee for helping us define, refine and launch this resource.
2) Search Past Congress Events (2020-present)
Looking for a session you missed—or a deck you want to share? You can now explore past Congress presentations by content and/or year (starting with 2020). Filter, find, and get exactly what you need in a few clicks.
Both features came directly from member feedback—thank you for helping shape what’s next.
One more quick ask:
You should have received the annual LCI Member Survey. When you take a few minutes to complete it, you help us understand what’s working for you and where we can improve the value of membership.
Ready to dive in? Visit the Member Hub, share the toolkit with your team, and search past Congress content to spark your next improvement.
We hope to see you in Arlington next week for LCI Congress. And, if you’re interested in learning more about how to maximize the value of your LCI corporate membership, pop into Thursday’s session at 2:30pm, Build Better: The Value of LCI. You’ll explore how to turn your LCI membership into real results—using tools, training, and community to improve project outcomes, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—with practical, proven ideas you can apply right away.
