Hanson Bridgett's transactional team also includes Alan Bishop, who is a partner at Hanson Bridgett. Our Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model has garnered international recognition with more than 150 IPD projects completed in the United States and abroad using Hanson Bridgett’s proprietary forms developed by Lisa and Howard. Lisa is also a co-leader of the firm’s Infrastructure Practice Group, which focuses on publics works utilizing P3s, design build, and other more traditional delivery methods with the use of BIM, and LEAN processes and procedures. Alan is also a part of the Infrastructure team. Together our team brings the benefits of integrated processes to public agencies that have restrictive procurement authority, and to private clients who want the benefits of collaboration through the early involvement of key participants (but would still like to use more traditional project delivery methods). Our related services include review or drafting of prequalification criteria, requests for proposals, contract bid documents, custom contracts (regardless of delivery method) integrating LEAN and BIM, and risk analysis of bid documents and submitted proposals.
