Workshop Details: This workshop will clarify and demystify Project CoS so any motivated project team can use this powerful tool on their next project. We will dig into:

  • The difference between Project CoS vs. project charters, missions, visions, and goals
  • How an Owner’s business objectives and critical to success factors influence the establishment of Project CoS
  • What’s the best technique – that is, the quickest, most effective way to develop Project CoS when you have limited time to work with your project stakeholders

Since 1997, Cynthia has worked on multi-project engagements with US and international design and construction firms and has been a production management / planning partner with over 100 field superintendents / site managers. She regularly coaches projects with a combined value over $1 billion.
