Thank You Sustaining Sponsors!
Featured Sponsorship Opportunity: Golf Tournament Beverage Cart Sponsorship
Enhance your company’s visibility by sponsoring the beverage cart that travels the course with drinks and snacks for players! Your company branding will be featured on the beverage cart. You’ll also be the sponsor for hole #8 (par 4; handicap rating 9). Your logo will be included on the golf cart GPS screens as players arrive at hole #8, and your logo will be on signage around the Congress venue for lasting impact.
For even more exposure on and off-site, your company’s name and logo will appear on the LCI website, in Congress emails, and in the LCI Weekly newsletter—and your logo and a 75-word company description will be featured in the Congress App. This comprehensive package also includes access to the list of Congress attendees who opted into third-party communications at three key times: one month prior to, two weeks prior to, and within one week after Congress.

Register today to join this session and many more at the 2025 LCI Congress, October 20-24, in Arlington, Texas!
The session name was inspired by the unique sense of calm—versus stress—the team felt in the weeks leading up to the project opening, a newly refreshed passenger pick-up area at Boston’s Logan Airport. This sense of calm was described as a “weird new feeling”—and you can learn how to gain it on your own projects!
Christopher offered, “Planning is a team sport. It’s not something we do in a silo or individually. When we bring our expertise together, the quality of the planning improves, and the chances of success also improve. The process of working together is where a lot of Lean tools can help facilitate the conversation and keep the same goal in mind. I hope everyone takes that away from this session.”
Note: Keep in mind you’ll register for the Core Program (Wednesday/Thursday), then have the option to add on the Golf Tournament (Monday), Learning Day(s) (Monday afternoon and Tuesday), and Gemba Day (Friday).

WEBINAR TODAY: How to Build a Culture of Planning and Purpose
Planning and purpose are both essential to building a high-performing project culture. Dynamic planning allows teams to respond to new information, while shared purpose fosters trust and transforms coordination into collaboration. Without purpose, planning turns chaotic; without adaptability, purpose can’t drive progress. In this session, Tom Richert of RisingTerrain shares research and field insights on unlocking the full potential of the Last Planner System® by aligning teams around meaningful, shared purpose.
