Share Your Lean Story this October in Atlanta!

Lean journeys unfold every day on job sites, in trailers, and across design and construction offices nationwide. We invite you to help showcase those journeys at the 2026 LCI Congress, October 12-16 by sharing what you have learned, what challenged you, and what created meaningful change.

We’re seeking timely, relevant stories that blend practical experience with inspiration and help attendees reflect on where they are today and confidently identify what’s next.

To help you put your best proposal forward, Kevin Labrecque, Founder and CEO of Integration Point LLC, past LCI Congress Chair, and abstract review leader since 2018, recently shared his insights on what makes a strong submission and how the review process works.
