WIC Week: Celebrating LCI’s Female Certificants
Women are making an impact in Lean Construction, and our certification program reflects that. We’re proud to share that 32% of LCI Certificants are female—a number that continues to grow as more women advance their careers with Lean expertise.
To celebrate Women in Construction Week, we spoke with some of our female certificants about how they got started on their Lean journey, the best career advice they’ve ever received, and the challenges they’ve faced—and how they overcame them. Read their stories and insights in our latest blog.
