This workshop creates an advanced learning community in which “Respect for People” is realized through specific leadership behaviors, strategies and practical tools. Spread over two full-day sessions, we will deeply examine and practice four areas of Leadership Life Skills; Facilitative Leadership, Communication Skills for Difficult Situations, Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement, and Collaborative Problem Solving and Decision Making. Participants will receive training materials and guidance that can be immediately adapted and applied to your company and projects.
