The Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is an excellent tool for Lean practitioners – and if you’re new to Lean, it’s a great way to get your feet wet with Lean concepts. The first step of this process is “planning” the Lean organizational effort you’re going to undertake.
