Dave Hagan Honored with 2024 LCI Board Achievement Award
Arlington, Virginia — Oct. 9, 2024 — The Lean Construction Institute (LCI) is thrilled to announce that Dave Hagan, Executive Director of Continuous Improvement at Devenney Group Ltd., Architects, has been awarded the prestigious LCI Board Achievement Award. This honor recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to advancing LCI’s mission of transforming the design and construction industry through Lean principles.
Dave has exemplified exceptional leadership and dedication in several key areas that align with LCI’s goals.
Dave has contributed to LCI’s growth by supporting the LCI Congress on the Content and Outreach Committee, supporting the Congress sponsorship cluster, serving as a presentation Champion for several years, and presenting during breakout sessions on mental health awareness since 2022. His dedication and enthusiasm to the overall success of the LCI Congress is unparallelled.
Dave played a significant role in developing the LCI Lean in Design training course and is a subject matter expert for the LCI Certified Practitioner Construction certification (LCI-CPC). As an SME he helped shape the certification program structure by reviewing assessment materials.
Throughout his career, Dave has actively supported various Communities of Practice (CoPs), including the LA/Orange County and Arizona CoPs. His leadership within the National Practice Team Core Group has been invaluable, providing guidance that draws from his extensive experience in Lean and industry awareness.
Dave Hagan’s unwavering commitment to the principles of Lean design and construction as well as his exceptional contributions to LCI make him a deserving recipient of the 2024 Board Achievement Award. The Board Achievement Award will be presented to Dave Hagan at the upcoming LCI Congress in San Diego, CA during the award ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 24.
