Sean is a Lean Practitioner with over 10 years experience working on projects with a real Integrated Form of Agreement (IFOA). Of the many tools that Lean has to offer, CBA’s and A3’s is Sean’s most familiar and appreciated tools. Sean has used CBA’s on many of his personal and professional challenges and continues to look for opportunities to help our industry implement Lean tools and practices.
