Last Planner System Simulations
Northern Ohio Community of Practice
This program will include two simulations: The Parade of Trades and The Block Tower Exercise. The Parade of Trades simulation demonstrates flow of work in construction and will demonstrate how variability affects our progress and schedules. The Block Tower Exercise will teach the basic concepts of Pull and participants will participate in an actual pull plan. As an outcome of this event, participants will gain knowledge of flow of work and pull planning and how the Last Planner System can positively impact our projects.
