4:45pm to 5:30pm - Reflections on 20 Years of Last Planner System® in Design
Over the last 20 years, Last Planner System has been evolving in the Design and Construction industry. This presentation will be portrayed as a fluid timeline of how two architectural firms have successfully adapted LPS specifically to the way designers work and think. Over the past two decades, in the spirit of continuous improvement, Devenney Group and Boulder Associates have continued to ask, “What is the problem we’re trying to solve” and “How can we be more effective”. When applied to LPS, these two questions have fine-tuned the planning process to increase predictability, balance workload and resources, and bring certainty to the implementation of both small- and large-scale projects.
