Darlene Cadman, WEFT Strategies has worked in the construction industry for over 24 years, participating in a variety of project types and contracts while creating a unique skillset and expertise that greatly benefits project delivery types. Darlene has provided leadership and guidance for large projects with diverse teams. Her specialties include training and facilitation of activities such as master planning, extensive design-oriented problem solving, strategic procurement for IPD team selections and team building.

Scott Bergstrom, The Weitz Company  has been in the construction industry for 34 years in California and Arizona. For the last 17 years he has served in a variety of executive roles with leading general contractors and developers. Currently he is a project executive with The Weitz Company in their Southwest Business Unit. Scott started his lean journey in 2008, and in 2023 joined the LCI Arizona CoP where he is a member of the Core team.
