Lean Coffee: Mental Health and Respect for People

The event will be in person. We will kick off with a short introduction around the room to get to know one another. Rob Penney will kick off the discussion by talking about the progression of Lean culture and respect for people in his experience and within Skanska. Indira Santago – Marketing Coordinator with Skanska will lead us through a introductory mindfulness exercise. We will switch up the traditional lean coffee topic submission with an "anonymous" submission box. The Lean Coffee Topics will start with what is on our minds and with our teams in regards to mental health in the workplace, respect for people, work-life balance and more.
