About the Speaker
Annmarie Thurnquist is Director of Lean Implementation setting the strategy for the Jacobs Life Sciences North America lean journey. She has over 30 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, managing projects from concept to occupancy and beyond. Her background includes 13 years working as Director of Construction and Renovations for a Research 1 University, as well as over 20 years with CM and GC firms, managing both design and construction phases of projects. As a lean champion, Annmarie has trained, coached and facilitated lean implementation on over $3 billion of projects. She leads the Core Team of the LCI Ohio Valley Community of Practice, is an instructor for numerous LCI courses, and led a national multi-firm Lean peer group. Annmarie earned her B.S. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
Brent Wise is a superintendent for Jacobs. He is currently supporting the lean implementation as a lean champion for a phase one building for a confidential client. He has over fifteen years of construction management experience, ten of which are in the pharmaceutical industry and three years of lean construction experience. As a continuous improvement advocate, he is always looking for new ways to make his best better.
Todd Hart is a design constructability manager for Jacobs. Mr. Hart is responsible for collaborating and scheduling of all trade partner activities for multiple site buildings using LPS Software. He also provides BIM support throughout the project. His duties include leading planning meetings, field progress updates, maintaining project schedules, Navis model support, BIM model support and onsite customer relations. Mr. Hart has over 34 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Petrochemical Industries.
