Webinar Description

Steven Covey’s principle, “Begin with the End in Mind,” highlights the importance of clarity from the start. In Lean projects, teams see a project as a significant promise—one that relies on a complex network of commitments. Conditions of Satisfaction (CoS) help align teams, ensuring clarity and accountability for all involved. Join us to explore the history of CoS, their role in project alignment, and practical strategies for effective implementation.

Registration closes 30 minutes before the start, and attendees will receive a confirmation email with the webinar link directly from GoToWebinar. The webinar is non-refundable in cases of scheduling conflicts or late cancellations.

**This webinar will be recorded, and a link will be sent to all paid registrants**
