Christian Pikel has spent his 25+ year career in the construction industry focused primarily on collaborative methods of project delivery and continuous improvement. Starting out in in design-build, he has been engaged in integrated project delivery for over 14 years first as a collaborative partner, then as an owner project lead, and now coaching. A balance of diverse construction experiences, a focus on Lean production and process improvement, and intuitive facilitation skills allows Christian to coach from a unique perspective, create Ah-ha moments, and foster relationships across all levels of the project organization chart.
Sean Graystone is Lean Construction SME for Jacobs with over 48 years in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential Construction. Special emphases in Lean Construction, Historic Structures, Collaborative Project Delivery and Integration, Teams, Best Current Leadership/Management Practices,and Change Management. Approved Instructor for LCI; Certified Instructor – AGC-LCEP; Member – LCI Respect for People Taskforce. I remain passionate about building and improving our industry and, thereby, our society.
